Payment & Terms Policy
Existing Customers
Existing Ready-to-Fill customers will continue to operate under their current payment terms. If an existing customer chooses to pay by credit card, standard prepayment policies will apply to those transactions.
New Customers
All new customers are required to prepay orders via credit card or ACH at the time of purchase. Customers who wish to request payment terms may submit an inquiry by emailing info@readytofill.com for review and approval.
International Orders & Freight
For new international customers, Ready-to-Fill will provide an estimated freight cost prior to shipment. Customers will be charged for product costs before shipment, with freight charges invoiced separately once final shipping costs are confirmed. Customers may alternatively provide their own freight account number to manage shipping directly.
