Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Ready-To-Fill sterile vial kits, custom components, ordering, and account management.

General Questions

Learn the basics about Ready-To-Fill sterile vial kits

  • Ready-To-Fill sterile vial kits are pre-cleaned, pre-sterilized kits that combine vials, stoppers, and seals in ready-to-use formats designed for aseptic filling lines. They eliminate the need for in-house cleaning and sterilization steps.

  • Ready-To-Fill kits are used by formulation scientists, R&D teams at universities and research hospitals, manufacturing engineers, and operations leaders at pharmaceutical and biotech companies conducting research, preparing for clinical trials, or optimizing commercial fill-finish operations.

  • Stock kits are pre-configured combinations of commonly used vial sizes and components designed for rapid availability, ideal for clinical and small-scale operations. Custom components are tailored to your specific requirements, including vial sizes, formats, stopper and seal combinations, and packaging configurations.

  • Ready-To-Fill kits reduce in-house cleaning and sterilization steps, minimize contamination risk, standardize components across batches, simplify documentation and regulatory workflows, and help you move faster from development to clinical milestones.

Account & Ordering

Everything about creating an account, placing orders, and payment

  • No. Due to the specialized nature of sterile components and regulatory requirements, all customers must have an approved account to place orders.

  • Stock kits have no minimum order quantity. Custom components also have no strict minimum, though ordering in quantities aligned with our sterilization cycles is most cost-effective. Our team can help you balance quantity needs with cost efficiency.

  • Once logged in, you can access your order history and quickly reorder previous configurations with a single click.
